Fees and Charges
Vehicle Price: Price of the car purchased at Auction (not inclusive 5% consumption tax)
Freight On Board (FOB) Fees cover the following:
| Auction Purchase Fees: | Paid to auction house upon successful bidding of the vehicle. |
| Inland Transport Fees: | Charges incurred to transport vehicle from the auction house to the specified port. |
| Documentation Fees: | Required to transfer the vehicle ownership and for the export declaration paperwork. |
| Customs Clearance Fees: | Required to clear the vehicle from Japan customs upon shipment. |
| Postage and Petties: | The Bill of Lading (BL), Invoices, Vehicle De-Registration Certificates, etc shall be posted to clients via EMS after the vehicle has been shipped. |
| Taxes and Recycle Ticket Fees: | 5% consumption tax fees and the recycle fee paid by the owner of the vehicle upon registration and subsequent change of ownership. |
| Service Charge: | Covers our efforts in Sourcing, Inspecting, Purchasing and Shipment of the Vehicle/s. |

Cost and Freight (C&F) Fees cover the following
| FOB Fees: | This includes all of the above FOB fees. |
| Prepaid International Freight: | Prepaid Freight is needed for some destination ports and must be paid upfront. |
Cost, Insurance, Freight (CIF) Fees cover the following
| FOB Fees: | This includes all of the above FOB fees. |
| Shipping Insurance: | This covers against a total loss - for instance, if the ship sinks. |
| Prepaid International Freight: |
Prepaid Freight is needed for some destination ports and must be paid upfront. |
Luxury Vehicle Surcharge: Charged for vehicles with purchase price in excess of JPY 2,000,000. A surcharge of 3.00% is charged on top of the normal FOB fees
Container Loading Fees: In the event of shipment via Container shipping, Loading fees will be charged for vanning, lashing & securing the vehicle inside the container.
